Instagram How to Direct Message
To send your very first DM on Instagram, take a picture as you generally would. You can apply all the same filters to "DM photos" as you can with all other Instagram messages. When you prepare to send it straight to somebody (or a team of people)-- faucet NEXT as usual.
From the Share to menu in the direction of the top of the screen, faucet DIRECT (see # 1 in screenshot below). Now tap inside the Write a caption ... window, as well as type out your message (see # 2 in screenshot below).
When you're done composing your message, faucet OK.
Currently scroll via your listing of Instagram calls and also touch the circle beside their name to ensure that a green "check mark" shows up. KEEP IN MIND: you can choose more than one recipient if you wish to share a message or picture with a group of people.
When you prepare to send the image and also message, faucet SEND TO (NAME).
