Facebook Delete Group
Step-1: Open your google chrome browser and Log In to Facebook.
If you don't have google chrome web browser, then browse for download google chrome internet browser or install it from the store. Now log in to your Facebook account by entering your facebook e-mail and password.

Step-2: Go to your group and click on group Members.
Your groups are present on left side of facebook home page. From all groups, click your preferred group that you wish to erase.
Step-3: Click Ctrl+ Shift+ J or F12 on your keyboard.

Now you are the only member of that facebook group. From Edit Settings alternative, make the group trick. After that click on equipment icon next to your name and select Get rid of as Admin.
Finally, leave that Facebook Group and you are done. Your Facebook Group has been erased effectively.
