Facebook Delete Group
Although there is no readily available link in Facebook's user interface to erase a group, the system immediately gets rid of groups that have no members. For that reason, to delete a group, you initially have to remove all its members then leave it.

If you leave the group without formerly getting rid of all its members, the group will stay there and you will lose your admin status, so you will not have the ability to erase this group anymore. This is the method to erase it correctly:.
Go to the page of the group you desire to delete and there, right below the huge image at the top of the page, click on the "Members" tab.
This will reveal you a list of all individuals who are members of your group. Because list, one by one for all the members except you, click the equipment icon near their picture then, in the appearing menu, click the "Remove from Group" alternative. Each time you do this you need to validate the action by clicking the "Confirm" button that will appear.
Once you are the only member in the list, click on the equipment icon at the right extreme of your photo and click on the "Leave Group" option in the appearing menu. Facebook will show you a message telling you that, because you are the last member, leaving the group will likewise erase it. Just click on the "Delete Group" button to validate the action.
